[OSGeo-Board] Spending Approvals, Money, etc

We have an OSGeo Checking Account.  Current balance is $1322.75.  The
balance represents, initial deposit of $100, less monthly bank fees over
the last 6 months and t-shirt reimbursement money.

do we have an OSGeo bank account with money on it? That's
not clear to me. How much is there?
