Kids Environmental GIS Portal

Folks,

Via Steve Lime I was contacted by Brandt Melick about the "Kids Environmental
GIS Portal" project in Oregon.  I have attached a .pdf file about the project.

Brandt was wondering what sort of OSGeo tie-in would be appropriate for the
project, and I encouraged him to get in contact with the education committee.

I'm not sure what action item there might be related to this for now, but I
wanted you all to be aware of it's existance.
