Face 2 Face in Lausanne

Folks,

We haven't done a terribly great job of nailing down what we want to
accomplish at the F2F meeting in Lausanne.  One thing we have not done is
get the message out to the various committees and involves folks in OSGeo
that we are having a face to face.  So far as space allows I'd like to
open up the afternoon to attendance to pretty much anyone who is interested
in being there.   It is likely there will be a fair number of people arriving
early for FOSS4G and very interested in seeing what's up and contributing.

How do people feel about this?  Perhaps we can made a decision by Friday's
meeting?
