It appears we will stick with the original date on the 15th, though
I don't think I will be able to participate.  It seems the conference
committee is stealing our timeslot this Friday.

So, to re-iterate for everyone:

   OSGeo Board Meeting will be Friday December 15th as in the wiki.

Tyler, in my absence perhaps you could chair?
