We had a budget, and a financial ask, and we've funded for that. If it's
in the budget, great. If not, not so great.

To be honest I feel it is very difficult to provide a sensible answer to
these requests since I don't have a feeling for where this fits into our
overall budget picture.

Especially now that we are starting Jan 1 2007 into a new year for us ..

do we have any form of projected revenues vs. projected expenditures to
work with? We also need some kind of plan or logic for how we can expect
to bring in the revenues we require.

I'm concerned about walking blind here and suddenly discovering the pot
is empty ...
