[OSGeo-Board] OSGeo 3rd BOD Mtg Proposed Date(s) & time

Hi,
I am still checking whether the place where I am going for skiing has an 
internet connection. If not, its going to get complicated for me on 
friday. My next slot after holidays would be on tuesday 10:00 PST or 
wednesday 8:00 PST onwards...

If the priority to meet on Friday is high I would name a proxy - I think 
this has been dicussed as a viable option earlier?!
