Board Meeting Tomorrow (Friday,5/12)

Is there is a board call tomorrow, May 12th?  There is no meeting posted
and therefore, no agenda items.

If scheduled, Gary Lang will not be able to attend.  Due to business
meetings and travel, his next availability for a Friday BOD meeting will
be June 2nd. 

 

As an update to the Face to Face meeting location, I am confirming a
meeting room in San Rafael for Sunday, June 11th and Monday, June 12th.
Please update availability/attendance in order to provide the proper
facilities.
