501c3 docs??

Hi all,
I'm just trying to get my hands on the latest OSGeo 501c3 docs that  
may be floating around.  I have found a preliminary budget  
description from back in August.  Who has the other items and/or  
checklist?  Lisa provided a checklist as well, which I will dig up.   
But I want to just touch base on where this is generally at.  I  
believe Rich was leading it, but think that Ken had some input as  
well.  Can anyone straighten me out?
