Tyler,

I think the existing approved budget and projected income documents are
fine for 501(c)3 application purposes.  Unless you find a specific issue,
I wouldn't spend a lot of time revisiting these.

I believe we need a viscom budget that goes out at least six months based
on a tactical sense of available resources.  Some input from viscom on what
they need is helpful, but this also needs to reflect what money we think
will be available in the context of other needs, etc.
