We also have a board-private at osgeo.org mailing list reflector for private
discussions - for instance for legally sensitive or otherwise best-in-private
discussions.  I'd appreciate your letting me know what email address you would
like me to add to this reflector.  Tyler is also on the board private list.

Most board activities (meetings, key documents) are kept track of in the

Sheesh, I see we haven't had a board meeting for 2.5 months!  I'd like
to hold a meeting in the next couple weeks to orient the new board,
establish the President, Treasurer and Secretary officer positions, take
care of approving gvSIG for incubation and planning for FOSS4G and beyond.

Please feel free to add agenda items.   Board meetings are normally primary
by phone with irc as a side channel / link posting place.  IRC alone does
not qualify as a valid venue for board meetings according to the applicable
laws.
