[Board] conference naming?

I wonder whether this is true. I need to make sure that I don't end up in the ideology corner but you would be surprised how many times I feel the itch to say something for example with respect to "commercial vs. Open Source". I still have to read people say that Open Source is done to more then 60% by crazy volunteers and only a fraction is paid for what they are doing. I want to actively change that because people should be paid for what they like to do. We had this one before...

Currently in our budget there are two items "OSGeo" and "FOSS4G" and on top we sponsor "FOSSGIS" (the German branch product). 

OK, we can call this an "OSGeo Branch" instead of a "Local Chapter".
