[Board] Board Meeting - Friday March 2nd.

Folks,

I'd like to schedule a board meeting for Friday March 2nd.  I have prepared
a preliminary agenda at:

Before then I'd like to have personally written up some docs on charter
member and board election procedures.  I'd also really appreciate an official
report from the treasurer in person or by email even if it is just an
affirmation of Tyler's draft report prepared for the last meeting.
