[Board] Contracting Agreement

Let me dig into my archives. The ones I've used recently come from a large corporation that are more, well, *elaborate* than we probably need for OSGeo ;-) Dig into yours and we can compare notes. 

I had one developed for my consultancy years ago that was designed to be acceptable to large (10,000+) and small (1) firms alike, to avoid back and forth with legal departments which of course would cost me too much money. Almost every large company signed it after reviewing it, as is. And of course, the small ones did right away.

OK.  So how do we proceed on this?  Will you arrange a template I can
use?  Or should I try to work one up from past contracts I've been party
to?
