[Board] Contracting Agreement

I'll check if we have a boiler plate we can share. Given our company 
size, we would probably provide a degree of legalese closer to OSGeo's 
needs than Autodesk. :)

Although a U.S. example would probably be better since we are a Delaware 
Corporation.
