[Board] Random selection of board members to be replaced/re-elected

I am happy to cede my seat to a more activist board member. I am not
adding a lot of value these days. I will continue to apply pressure to
make sure that Autodesk stays involved.

Hi everyone,
I've just run the random selection of 5 of the board members, see
attached for details, the five chosen were:

1 Mark Lucas
2 Gary Lang
3 Markus Neteler
4 Venkatesh Raghavan
5 Jo Walsh

Any questions, problems or comments before I post this and open the
process for receiving nominations?
