[Board] My presence on the board

Right. It is basically "oversight" as in, I ask our Geospatial finance person to review what's in the books. Now that we've got Quickbooks set up, it's fairly mechanical.

I value your presence on the board and sense of commitment to OSGeo 
and there are a lot of members both of the Board and of the different
committees who can be more active in the running of things.
I hope that you stay on it.

Are you still happy to go on being Treasurer? Does the person in the 
Treasurer role also have to be a Board member? I guess what with
Tyler working on maintaining the practical financials, the role 
is basically oversight anyway?
