[Board] Next Meeting Time and Agenda

Folks,

I have created a preliminary agenda for our next meeting.  Please add as
appropriate.

Note, I have set the time to 1600 UTC instead of 1500 UTC so that it will
be at the same local time as usual in north america.  Europeans please
be aware, as this may change your local time.

Jo - we held off approving the FOSS4G minutes because someone thought you
had additional notes that should be added.  Could you review and update
as appropriate before the next meeting?

I have realized I somehow skipped right past the topic of setting a
profit target for the 2009 conference at the last meeting.  So it is
carried forward.
