[Board] 501(c)3 lawyer agreement

Tyler,

I have no objection to retaining a lawyer to help with 501(c)c registration
with the understanding that the total bill (including the $750 filing fees)
is in the ballpark of $2000 USD.

Are there aspects of this which need to be private?  I've taken the liberty
of moving the question to the public list but avoided quoting any of the email
or letter you sent via -priv.
