Gotcha.  The previous wording of the agenda item used the word "approve".
I have reworded it to be a discussion between you and the board on paths
forward. I have also added the "Graduate from OSGeo" wiki page as prereading
material for the board.

You are planning to attend the meeting, right?  We have had discussions on
our own on this topic and they were not entirely fruitful.
