[Board] First Finance Meeting - and Budget Info

Finance Committee, Board,

At last - following the Face to Face meeting in Victoria -- I've put  
together some more information on the wiki regarding our newly formed  
finance committee:

And have also setup a tentative kick-off meeting for 4PM Eastern, 1PM

Finance committee members -- please let me know if you are able to  
attend the meeting on Nov. 1st. If possible it would be best to have  
all attend, and at a minimum, Ken's presence will be important for  
this first meeting. Please feel free to add agenda items.

There are a few items in here I'm uncertain about - that I would like  
to review with Ken/Tyler before our finance meeting. We can go over  
everything at the finance meeting to ensure we have the correct  
information here -- and this will allow us to have a discussion with  
all the right 'facts' at our Board meeting before finalizing budget  
and approving so that we can move forward with this.


Tyler/Ken -- separately, if you have any time before Thursday -- I'd  
like to have a brief call with you to go over some of the items you  
discussed last week in San Rafael so I can understand my role as  
treasurer, and any activities/actions expected of me. I expect this  
to be brief -- about 15-20 minutes. I'll send you my questions re.  
budget beforehand as well. I'm available anytime tomorrow or  
Wednesday PM (Eastern).
