[Board] December Board meeting

Folks,
it seems like we better move the meeting to take place one week later so
we have more things prepared and more people to attend. Before I go hack
the Wiki again please again indicate if you *cannot* attend December 12th,
that is 2008-12-12 in ISO notation.
