[Board] Conflict of interest policy

The 501c3 application presumes that we have a conflict of interest  
policy.  After reviewing our documents I cannot find any mention of  
such a policy.  As part of our application preparation, David Rankin  
has provide us a copy of one that we may use.  I would like to  
discuss and, if appropriate, approve this at the board meeting if  
possible as our corporate policy.  It has my name on it as an  
example, but would apply to any staff.  I'm not sure if it would  
apply to directors though I assume it would.
