I have setup a preliminary agenda for the next board meeting at:

I have scheduled for February 8th to avoid Tyler's previous commitment
on the 1st.  Noteworthy items will be the likely approval for GRASS
and GDAL from incubation and confirmation of the selection of Australia
for FOSS4G 2009. In fact, by the 8th there may be additional incubation
related progress.
