[Board] End of Board Term

Hello everyone,

After a lot of thought - I've decided to not stand for re-election to  
the board this year. Since I won't be attending FOSS4G 2008 - and my  
new little girl is consuming most of the time I didn't really have  
available before :) I've realized I can't truly devote the time to the  
OSGeo Board that is expected of someone in this position.

I have to say - it's been a pleasure taking this on, and though I  
won't be serving on the board any longer -- I can assure everyone that  
I'll continue to be active in promotion of OSGeo and supporting it's  
projects in the future.

Thanks again to all of you -- I look forward to cheering on the new  
board from the sidelines!
