[Board] End of Board Term

Hi Dave,
I'm grateful to have sat on the board with you! I very much  
appreciated your calm and observed interventions and ideas on how  
OSGeo should be brought forward. Obviously it is really good news you  
intend to stay active in OSGeo! Make sure you cheer to the whole  
community to be active from within the OSGeo lines ;-) We'll miss you  
as a treasurer and as a founding board member :-(
