[Board] In-kind sponsorships

I am not on the board, but I'd be careful with this one. Imagine all of
the existing volunteers getting this designation (we'd have no need to
financially sponsor)....and what exactly is "significant staff
time"...how is that time tracked...
I'm not a fan of this, even though I could be one of the ones benefiting.
