[Board] The Future OSGeo Board

Hi all,
Just a nudge/reminder to consider who you might think would be a 
valuable addition to the board during the election.  If there is someone 
you think should be on it, then you need to make sure they are nominated 
as a charter member first, or else they will not be eligible. 

You are close to the action and understand better than most what 
skills/personality/connections/history, etc. make it possible to do the 
board job well.  I encourage you to be proactive and think ahead about 
those who will fill the role well.  There are only a few days left for 
charter nominations.
