[Board] LiveDVD brand ownership resolved?

Hi All-

   I  have been somewhat involved in the LiveDVD project
I dont understand the issues around the brand.. but it seems to me that 
there ought to be clarity *before* Press Releases go out. I read on the 
LiveDVD mailing list just now that the opposite is the case - that that 
brand issues are not resolved, but that some kind of press campaign is 
getting started as soon as in the next 12 hours...

   this seems like bad chemistry to me
