Lorenzo,
I take it on myself to approve the fees as presented on the web site 
http://2010.foss4g.org/registration.php as discussed so that you can 
proceed to open registration. Please go ahead with opening registration.


The full FOSS4G 2010 budget still needs board approval, I cannot do this 
on my own. If you are still unclear on the process please let me know.

I will put the budget approval as first item on the agenda for the next 
meeting and make sure that discussion will take place beforehand. All 
the same we have to keep in mind that people might not be working 
between the years.
