[Board] Task: Actively acquiring new Sponsors

Board,
I have a few days in my office in this and the next week. I would like 
to use that time to start a task "Acquire Sponsors". We have discussed 
quite a few ideas over the past months and during our meetings in Sydney.

Aiming high I define a goal of 200k for next year with 100k in the first 
six months.

Tyler,
I suggest to have a Skype call to get us started and then follow up on 
the board list. Once it becomes more intimate with individual 
organizations we can move the individual threads to our individual OSGeo 
accounts and report to the private list until we have the new sponsors 
ready to go.

Part of the job will also be to update our sponsorship portfolio and to 
revisit existing sponsors.

If anybody has a creative idea on how to identifying potential new 
sponsors please speak up. For this I would like to maintain a shared 
scratchpad (calc table, whatever) in a private area on an OSGeo machine. 
Maybe you can suggest where and how to do this.
