Sorry, I missed that due to horrible traffic conditions that are caused 
by a blizzard.

 From Frank's three options, the third ("move to bring our expenses into 
line with our income") seems to me the most sensible thing to do. I've 
now made two (perhaps feeble) attempts at raising money for OSGeo, and 
both have failed. I understand it well that raising new money is 
difficult - as Frank also points out "we did not reach more than a 
fraction of our goal."

My update regarding my todo item from last board meeting is that I sent 
an email in December to the director and secretary general of EUROGI, 
but did not receive any answer yet. Furthermore, the Finnish (sort of) 
NGO for GI - ProGIS association - decided to drop out from EUROGI.
