[Board] OSGeo board, F2F Meeting in India

Hello Ravi,
I really like this plan. I might have missed the mailing list
discussion on this earlier, but I did mention this idea to Arnulf in
Sydney (having a F2F meeting in your beautiful country) so I am
obviously very interested in attending your event.
As an aside, I am disappointed (and confused) as to why we can't call
this the '2010 F2F board meeting'.
As for timing, I will be in Japan for March (until 20 March), so I would
prefer to hold this meeting after that. What are the preferences of
other board members?
