Dear Sri Sanjay,
 
It has been wonderful talking to you yesterday after a long gap. 
 
My compliments to you for inviting OSGeo International to the Map world
forum 2011. As you are aware OSGeo India is part of OSGeo International
Federation. It has been spearheading the cause of promoting of Open
source geospatial tools in India through building case studies,
implementing projects, training courses and workshops. Major
institutions viz., ISRO, SOI, GSI, IISC-B, IIRS, IITs, SACON, State
remote sensing centres, various universites, NGOs and many
individuals are part of our activites. 
 
OSGeo International has decided that OSGeo India will be the co partner
of the special session.
 
We are pleased with this development and would seek full support from
you and MWF2011..
 
We look forward to the confirmation..
