Sure. I'm not saying there is no differentiation, I just don't think that
"OSGeo International" is the right term; We are the OSGeo Foundation, and
all things that are happening worldwide fit well under that billet; am
I wrong there?
"OSGeo International" sounds like a *seperate* group; the OSGeo Foundation
sounds like a parent/umbrella to me.

I apologize if my email was confusing; I don't disagree with any of this,
and feel that what you have stated here is vital, but I don't like the
name "OSGeo International" because it feels like a seperate group
from the local chapters -- it's a parent group, not a sibling, in a
hierarchy.
