Board,
the next meeting will take place on April first. Please read the agenda
 [1] and get yourself updated beforehand. If you have a topic that needs
a motion please add it at least two days before the meeting so that we
can arrange for a phone connection and make sure we have quorum.

Find attached an exchange between Annu Negi from GIS-Development Tyler
and me regarding an invitation extended to OSGeo for co-organizing the
Open Source seminar at World Map Forum 2011 in Hyderabad. This might be
worth a motion, please speak up if you feel the need for more information.
