[Board] Brazil event: Latinoware 2010

This is not necessarily a Board issue, but I know some Board members 
might be interested, so I am sending it to the Board:

You'll remember that last year Jody Garnett and myself gave keynotes at 
the Geolivre event in Brasilia (me a video keynote)...this year another 
event named Latinoware is a possibility (http://www.latinoware.org/en). 
  I think Jody might attend again, and possibly Gabriel from OpenGeo.  I 
might not be able to make it, but I wish I could.

Just a heads up, to mark that event on your travel calendar.
