Wolf / Hamish,

Our 2010 budget has accounted for travel funds for the GSoC Mentor Summit.
To clarify we are talking about up to $1000 USD for each of you in addition
to the funding provided by Google.  Is that that correct?  If so, I will
provide authorization now as Treasurer.
