[Board] Sponsorship to Google Mentor Summit

Hello OSGeo Board!

Last year OSGeo agreed to match Google's sponsorship for the Mentor
Summit, which was up to 1000 USD for travel and other expenses. The
financing for this was taken out of the GSoC money which OSGeo
received from Google. Would it be possible to receive the same
sponsorship again this year, so that we can send Hamish Bowman and
myself to the Mentor Summit?
