The most important topic will probably be the offer from Jeff - but from
what I can tell there are still some open ends, so not sure whether we
can really finalize this tonight. I cannot see it onthe agenda either,
so please someone (other than Jeff) add this if we want to further
discuss or even vote on it.

I have sent another email to the 2012 conference list today asking for
progress. The latest Wiki edits are from November 16th and since then I
heard nothing. What can we do?

Unfortunately I will not be available at the regular meeting time today,
please someone else chair the meeting. I will hop on IRC ~2.5 h later,
check the backlogs and can then vote on the phone if that is needed for
any decision.
