[Board] F2F meeting plan

I would vote for somewhere not on the island, for those of us who are just
flying in and out for the weekend. Cedarbrook Lodge looks nice from a quick
skim of the home page. Didn't see prices, I guess my view on that would be
that we shouldn't go somewhere outrageously expensive but we don't need to
go super cheap either. Like you say we want to know things will work well.
