[Board] Face to Face Meeting Seattle 2012

Just got off the phone with Cedarwood.

 

No room at the inn for the night of the 5th, but the guest rooms are available nights of 3rd and 4th and meeting room is available days of 4th and 5th.  (Those needing to stay over Sunday night would have to switch to a different, nearby airport hotel.)

 

Cost is $159 per person per night lodging, plus $99 per person per day conference room. (includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, wifi, etc.).  Only expenses not covered would be Saturday night dinner.

Can we clarify when we plan to start and end, just to make the most of everyone's time? I was thinking I would fly in Friday afternoon / evening and leave Sunday afternoon / evening, and we would start our meeting on Saturday morning. But I could come in Saturday morning if that fits better with what others are doing.

Folks,
lets start to put together and agenda or at least brain dump what we think should happen in those two days. I created a meeting page [1] please add details as you go (I think we are still missing a confirmation from Tim?).

As I will not be available early January when our next regular board meeting would take place I leave it up to somebody else to set up a Wiki page, coordinate and chair the meeting. If you will have a meeting please add it to our overview [2].
