Folks,
please remember that we have our next regular board meeting on July 7th.

Please note that we have quite alot of topics to talk about and some of
them need attention before and after the regular board meeting because
they are somewhat more complex (project sponsorship, paid membership
levels and OSGeo business plan). So please try to go through the agenda
before the meeting and develop an opinion on these topics.

Please also let this list know if you cannot make it on the 7th.

We should plan another separate meeting on the topics we cannot finalize
during the board meeting. This requires some additional time and effort
but really needs to get done. For this second meeting we might not need
all directors at the same time on a conference call, I just want to make
sure that we get them started before summer break starts and we are all
away again. I propose to schedule for one week later on July 14 at the
same time, please check your availability or propose another date and time.
