sorry for not showing up for the meeting. Good that we have a meeting time and place and thanks to Chris Helm for offering their space. 

Lets follow up on the other items of the agenda on this list, we really need to address some of them before summer (which starts June 21, right? :-).

Chris Helm, of GeoIQ fame, graciously offered their office space in downtown Denver for the board meeting!   Our first ever Board Meeting sponsor ;-)

Their office is at 1701 Wynkoop St., near Union Station - which is a great spot near where some of the FOSS4G social will be happening, so you'll know the area by the time it happens.  They have internet and enough space for at least 10 - so hopefully that will be a good fit.
