Yes, after last year's big effort - it has since been stalled.  It is reassuring at least to know that we are not the only one.  Several other FOSS centric .orgs are also delayed substantially - there has been some discussion on a FOSS executives list I'm on.  I'm told they cannot delay indefinitely.  When I get a chance I will price out the option of having a tax attorney check into it.
