Board,
I added a new Wiki page scheduling the next regular board meeting for
Juli 7th:

Please make sure that you let this list know if you *cannot* make it,
and add to the agenda.

Please also consider whether you can throw in another hour for an extra
meeting and some up front thinking and mailing regarding a business plan
for 2012. We also need to devise a stratgegy for the next 5 years. There
has been considerable discussion and thoughts on how we manage our
budget, fundraising and our current employment situation. I do think
that we need to get going on this topic asap. Before scheduling a date I
wanted to get a thumbs-up that this is what we need to do and that we
are prepared to do it. Tentatively I would suggest an docused strategy
meeting for June 16th - provided that we can prepare it using this list.
Can you please confirm, decline or propose a better way of getting this
done?
