Folks,
I also plan to stay on board for the full two year term and have no intention of stepping down earlier.

We never really decided how long the term for the president role is so I want to bring this up as a question for the next Board meeting. Please feel free to discuss this here or let me know off list if you believe that a change in this role could help OSGeo develop in the best possible way. No worry about hard feelings, my interest is to find the best option for OSGeo, not personal attachment to a role.

Have fun,
Arnulf

Thanks Frank, that answers half the question anyway.

We still need to know how many off that list plan to run again. We should probably just confirm that all the others are still on-board for another year and weren't waiting for election time to resign. I'm not anticipating any will resign, but thought I'd ask since this is the time of year to fill any vacant seats.
