[Board] Financial Report

Board,

I have several points related to financial reports:

- we need a brief financial report for the AGM

- we also need a brief financial report for each monthly Board meeting. 
  (current balance, previous balance, activity from last report) This 
"Financial Report" should be listed on every monthly Board meeting 
agenda by default

So, who is our "treasurer" or "chief financial officer"?  Who is 
responsible for providing these very brief reports each month?

I feel this is important and we are lacking this.
