Yes, you've figured it out already.  You probably saw me saying it was 1.5 hour slot at our last board meeting.  As Jeff noted, we have the room until 6pm, which should give some good flexibility, in case one hour is too tight.  In the schedule we only put it in for an hour but can change that if desired.  One hour will feel short and tight, so I thought it might help to have at least an hour and a half, but leave it to you guys coordinating it.

The past few times that I organised project and local chapter AGM lightning talks, we had most give slides ahead of time as requested, but it meant camping out in the room a bit beforehand so they could copy them onto my laptop to run smoothly.   It didn't stop several from asking me to let them onto the list, just as I walked up to the stage :)  For many it's a great time to brag about the accomplishments of their group so I'm glad it's happening again.
