In the first board meeting I was asked to leave back in 2006 (as I was 
told "you are not a member of OSGeo Board").  I was assuming this Sunday 
event was a closed door meeting (as I was taught the hard way in 2006). 
  Interesting perspective isn't it? :)  I learn the hard way sometimes.
