We're still missing a response from Frank, but everybody else responded 
to the Doodle, and it would seem that so far Wed Oct 5th at 17:00UTC 
would be the best time for everyone.

I agree with Arnulf that we should agree on a specific day of the month 
and make efforts to be available at that time, but in the meantime, for 
this one, should we go with Wed Oct 5th at 17:00UTC?
